Muslimaat is a Sheffield-based organisation created to support women who are new to Islam or exploring the faith. Whether you have just taken your Shahada or are still considering it, Muslimaat is a safe, welcoming and judgement-free space for you.
Yes — completely free. All of our support, workshops, drop-in sessions and resources are provided at no cost. We believe every sister deserves access to guidance and community, regardless of her financial situation.
Not at all. If you are curious about Islam, exploring the faith or simply want to learn more, you are very welcome to attend our sessions. We welcome women from all backgrounds and at every stage of their journey.
We offer one-to-one mentoring, prayer workshops, drop-in sessions, online resources, and a warm community of sisters. Whether you have questions about prayer, hijab, family or simply need someone to talk to — we are here.
We are based in Sheffield, UK, and run regular in-person sessions across the city. We also offer online support for sisters who are unable to attend in person, so no matter where you are, you can still access our help.
Simply visit our Contact page and send us a message — we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also come along to one of our drop-in sessions. There is no appointment needed, just show up and you will be welcomed with open arms.
